About the Role:

The DST Sales will be responsible for generating new business through direct customer interaction. This role requires meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products and services. The position involves target-driven field sales with a strong focus on customer acquisition and relationship management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Pitch and explain product offerings to prospective customers.
  • Acquire new customers and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collect and verify customer documents as per compliance requirements.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service for customers.
  • Work closely with branch/operations team for seamless processing of applications.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to travel/fieldwork.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
